CLIENT/PROJECT: Visions | In Your Office
This Orange County-based business specializes in office, home, and commercial furnishings. The business owner had an Amazon FBA segment that had increasingly outperformed the physical furniture store. Consequently, he decided to dedicate all his time and efforts to the thriving Amazon business & decided to liquidate the in person showroom.
However, the challenge arose when it came to liquidating the in-person showroom furniture. The owner contacted me knowing my expertise, for consulting and advising on an online marketing campaign to boost traffic and awareness of the sale. After consulting, he hired me to produce and manage the campaigns, creatives, advertisements, and other best practices regarding it. This is how I went about it below:
Creative Development, Production & Editing:
Scriptwriting & Filming: I scripted two 30-60 second scripts, filmed the owner delivering them, and captured B-roll of the products, alongside taking photos.
Content Compilation: I edited the footage, B-roll, and photos into polished, creative advertisements. (Creatives are Attached Below for you to see)
Organic Marketing Segment
Next-door: Created an event on Next door with all the sale details, posted within the county, and shared the creatives organically. Additionally, listed the items in the marketplace under the furniture section.
Facebook: Created events on Facebook, shared all sale details, and posted the creatives organically within the county.
Note: This approach was entirely organic and cost-free. Interestingly, the organic posts generated traffic to the store before the paid campaigns even began.*
Paid Advertising via Facebook Ads Manager:
Testing Campaign: Launched a Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) campaign with six ad sets, each targeting different interests within a 15-mile radius of the store. Both creatives were included in each ad set to determine the best-performing one.
Optimization: After three days, spending $50 per day, the most effective creative and interests were identified.
Targeted Campaign: Launched a CBO campaign targeting the top three interests with the highest-performing ad creative.
Increased spend: In the final five days, the budget was doubled, and a replicated campaign was created to maximize reach and impact.
